RETURNS & EXCHANGES
45 Day Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 45 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.
To start a return email us and let us know what issues you are having and we will layout what options you have. From there we can send you a pre-paid shipping label and returns form or offer a refund depending on your needs.
Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?
In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out all the information requested in the email our Reurns Robot sends you. Make sure to print out the return sheet listing your customer information, the items being returned and place it in the box. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer. We can email you a prepaid label or send you a physical, self-adhesive copy in the mail if you do not have access to a printer and sufficient tape.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
DO YOU HAVE A PRICE MATCH POLICY?
If an item changes price within 7 days of purchase we will gladly price match it for you, as long as the purchased size/color are still in stock at the time of the sale price.
