We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $69 or more for all domestic orders. For orders under $69 we offer Standard Ground shipping for a flat fee of $9.95. Free returns are provided on all domestic orders.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES

GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 2pm EST are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 2pm EST are shipped the following business day. 

EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm EST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally via DHL Express for the best service and rates. Contact us and we will calculate the total cost to ship you item(s). All prices include express DHL shipping + duty paid, so that total cost reflected in the total is for door-to-door delivery with duty paid and handled by us directly. To be clear, this means that the total cost of shipping and duty is the full amount to cover all shipping and duty costs associated with your order. There is nothing else for you to pay.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

 DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
